Carley is a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Exercise Physiologist. Carley graduated with honours from Humber College with a Fitness and Health diploma in 2016 and then continued her education at York University where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Hons.) and a Masters of Fitness Science where she specialized in cardiac rehabilitation. Since graduating, Carley has been working in the community and treating patients with a variety of conditions from orthopedic injuries to chronic diseases. In her free time, Carley enjoys going to the gym, camping, and spending time with her partner Quintin and their dog and two cats!
