Jessica Little

Physiotherapist, NDT certified

Jessica completed her BSc Kinesiology: Exercises Science from University of New Hampshire and received a full- athletic scholarship to swim on their NCAA division I program. During her time at UNH, she realized she wanted to use movement and exercise to better individual’s overall quality of life and health, which helped to drive her career goals towards physiotherapy.

Jessica graduated from University College of Dublin, Ireland with her Masters in Physiotherapy in 2017. Since graduating, she has had experience working with a multitude of neurological conditions in the in-patient and out-patient setting, including but not limited to stroke, MS, Parkinson’s and spinal cord injury. She has a passion geared towards neurological rehabilitation and is a Neuro-Developmental Technique (C/NDT) certified physiotherapist. Jessica has completed many NDT and BoBath courses with focus on body weight support treadmill training, ataxia, and upper extremity management.

Swimming was always such an important sport Jessica’s life, and with hard work she qualified for Canadian Olympic Trials on two occasions. Jessica is now retired, but loves the gym, getting on her road bike, tennis, pickle ball, yoga and any water activities. As evident by her international degrees, she also loves to travel!
